Congratulations Class of 2020! You are nearing the end of your academic career with the School of Physical Therapy. To make the process of applying for graduation (completion of degree requirements) and preparing for commencement (the ceremony celebrating your success) go smoothly, please review information provided by the Registrar’s Office at the following link and as provided by Cardinal mail: UIW Registrar - Graduation. Some events listed below may be cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation. May graduates are invited to participate in the December 2020 commencement ceremony.
In addition, some details with accompanying deadline dates are listed below.

Site open for ordering regalia, announcements and/or ring for commencement. Regalia ordered through this site is rental only and must be returned following the ceremony. If you wish to purchase regalia, see a Bookstore representative. You will need to provide your height, weight and cap size (measure the circumference of the head one inch above the ears). |
Visit the Herff Jones site order your regalia To order your regalia: 1. Under "Select an option," click on Doctor of Physical Therapy. 2. Click on the green Cap and Gown button at the top of the page. 3. Complete the information as requested. You will need your height, weight and cap size (measure the circumference of your head one inch above the ears). This is for rental purposes only. If you wish to purchase your regalia, contact a member of the university bookstore. To order announcements, ring or diploma frame, follow Step 2 above by clicking on the appropriate green tab for the item you wish to order. |

Commencement Photography: All students participating in commencement will be photographed. If you are interested in ordering photographs from the ceremony, go to Lifetouch.com. Photographs will be online approximately 10 days following the ceremony.
Disability Services: If you or your guest require accommodations for a disability, please complete a form and provide a minimum of one week notice.
